  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.
  • Out-of-stock or backordered items: We will contact you with an estimated dispatch date after your order is placed.

Note: In rare cases, stock discrepancies may occur. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, selected products, and the courier used.
  • While we aim to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
  • Most deliveries are completed within 2–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

3. Shipping Partners

  • We work with a range of reliable national courier services.
  • The delivery partner will be selected at the time of dispatch, based on your location and the most efficient service available.
  • We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate courier to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 (excluding bulk or oversized items).
  • Shipping costs for smaller orders will be calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
  • If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will still reserve the right to select the most suitable shipping method.

5. Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
